COVID-19 PROTOCOLS FOR RUNNING EVENTS

Protocols that MUST be agreed to during the registration process.  

  • At the time of the event if you are infected by COVID-19 or knowingly been in contact with someone experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days you will withdraw from the event.
  • No shirt exchanges permitted.
  • Arrival times will be issued to participants to maintain participant limits and promote Social Distancing.  DO NOT ARRIVE MORE THAN 5 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR START TIME.
  • You agree to a Contact-free temperature check prior to entering the event space. A person with a body temperature reading of 100.4 or more degrees will not be permitted to enter.
  • You agree to maintain a social distance of 6’ from others.
  • You are required to use face-masks when not running.
  • You will be released to run in 5-10 second intervals.
  • No spectators or guests will be permitted, unless a participating minor is being accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • There will be no festival of any kind before or after event. No tables or chairs will be available.
  • There will be no awards ceremony or handing out of any awards. All awards will be mailed.
  • There will be no results posted at event site. All results will be available on-line and texted to participant.
  • Participants agree to leave event area immediately after completing event. You may not wait for a participant to complete their event.
